Nintendo Switch:

After the success of the Wii-U and 3DS XL, Nintendo will be releasing a new console to add to their lineup of gaming consoles in March 2017.  This new gaming system will be called, “Nintendo Switch”. Basically, a user will be able to play any game on the go. This console will be a tablet with two detachable controllers on either side that can be used individually or attached to the screen. The Switch also will have a docking station for the gamers who want to play on their TV. This console was announced on a three minute video during fall of 2016 and further details about pricing will be given early 2017.

 

Xbox Project Scorpio:

Recently, Sony has released its brand new console called the “PlayStation 4 Pro”. The next installment of the PlayStation gaming console lineup. So as a competitor of Sony, Microsoft will be releasing its brand new console as well later in the year.  This new console will be designed for 4K TVs and potentially be able to use virtual reality headsets like the Oculus Rift. Some of the new gaming console are specs 320 Giga Bytes of memory, 6 Teraflops of power and 8 CPU cores. It will be also to play Xbox One games and accessories. The name of the Console is “Project Scorpio”.

 

Windows 10 Creators Update:

As one of the best computer software companies out there, Microsoft will update its Windows 10 software in the beginning of the year. The software update will allow a Windows 10 user to create and edit images in 3D and allow a Virtual Reality headset to be connected to a PC. For example, like the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive. Also, a user will be able to have 4K on a PC. There will also be a built in feature in which gamers will be able to broadcast their gaming experience with the world called, “Beam”. All in all, this new update will be use full to any user, either a creator or a gamer.

 

Google Pixel 3 Laptop:

As far as computers goes, Google will be releasing its first ever laptop with an Andromeda Operating system.  The new operating system will be able to combine features from both Android and Chrome OS. It will take the footsteps of a Pixel Chromebook and a Pixel Table. This laptop is expected to be thin and will have a 12.3 in display. Since the power of the laptop might be from Intel it might include an i3 or i5 processor with 16 gigabytes of RAM. Some features that are expected to be in the laptop are a fingerprint scanner, two USB Type-C ports, stylus support, quad microphones, stereo speakers and a 10 hour battery life. If the Laptop is successful enough in the market then, it will be a sure competitor with the Apple MacBook.
